Welcome to Norman Wood Turning, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), based in Raleigh, North Carolina. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, https://normanwoodturning.com, and the purchase of our custom-made wooden pens.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Products and Orders

All pens sold by Norman Wood Turning, LLC are custom-made to order. We do not offer pre-made products for immediate sale.

Customers may place orders for fewer than 10 pens directly through our website product pages using the Wix eCommerce platform. Full payment is required upfront for all such orders.

For orders of 10 pens or more, customers must contact us directly via email to discuss details and pricing. These larger orders require custom arrangements and payment terms agreed upon during communication.

Typical turnaround time for orders of fewer than 10 pens is approximately two weeks from the date of payment confirmation. Orders exceeding 10 pens may take longer and will be scheduled on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Orders may be canceled only within the first 24 hours after placement. After this period, all orders are considered final, and cancellations or refunds are not accepted.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Please ensure your order details are correct before finalizing your purchase.

Liability

Norman Wood Turning, LLC makes every effort to ensure the quality of our custom pens. However, we are not liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within North Carolina.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will post the updated Terms on our website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
