Shipping Policy

Shipping Locations:

Norman Wood Turning, LLC primarily ships custom wooden pens within the United States. International shipping is available and may incur additional fees and longer delivery times.

Shipping Carrier and Method:

We use UPS Ground for all shipments to ensure reliable delivery.

Order Processing and Shipping Time:

Orders are custom-made and fulfilled within 1 to 2 weeks. Once fulfilled, shipping usually takes 5 to 7 business days via UPS Ground.

Shipping Costs:

For orders of fewer than 10 pens, customers are responsible for the full shipping cost at checkout. For orders of 10 pens or more, shipping costs are determined on a case-by-case basis through direct communication.

Packaging:

Each pen is carefully placed in a dedicated pen shipping box and then packed inside UPS padded envelopes. This packaging method helps protect your custom pens from scratches and damage during transit.

Tracking:

We provide tracking numbers through UPS for all shipments so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
