At Norman Wood Turning, LLC, we take great care to craft high-quality custom wooden pens. Because each pen is made to order, we do not accept returns except in the case of damaged items.

Damaged Items:

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by either:

You must provide clear proof of the damage (photos are required) before returning the item.

Return Shipping:

For damaged items, Norman Wood Turning, LLC will cover the cost of return shipping.

Replacement:

Once we receive the damaged item and verify the issue, we will promptly send you a replacement pen at no additional cost.

Please do not return any items without contacting us first. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
